Depth is a process
of understanding.

Structured coaching focused on technique, equalization, and long-term depth progression.

Where it all started
The Beginning
Curiosity became
a deeper pursuit.
I started freediving in 2023 simply wanting to try something new. But the moment I experienced depth, everything changed.
Going deeper became more than a physical experience. It became a process of understanding awareness, control, and how the mind responds underwater.
What began as curiosity eventually became a structured pursuit of refinement, discipline, and long-term progression.
Building the Foundation
Progress is built
through repetition.
As I progressed, I realized that improvement in freediving is never random. Real progression comes from structure, consistency, and understanding adaptation over time.
I focused heavily on technique, equalization, and repeatable performance rather than simply reaching depth once.
The goal became consistency, control, and sustainable development underwater.

Building technique and consistency

Reaching 70 Meters
Depth became
a system.
Through structured training and progressive depth exposure, I developed a system focused on safety, efficiency, and long-term progression.
This approach eventually led to reaching an official 70m competition depth.
But depth itself is never the final goal. What matters is consistency, awareness, and the ability to repeat dives with control.
Teaching the Process
Train with intention.
Progress with clarity.
Today, I teach freediving using the same structured approach focused on technique, equalization, and long-term development.
Freediving is not about competing with others. It is about understanding yourself and improving with every dive.
Students from Korea, Japan, Singapore, and other countries regularly travel to Mabini looking for a more focused and structured training environment.
