Questions before joining.

Is this a replacement for a freediving coach?

No. The Deep Practice AI is a training support tool. It helps organize plans, logs, check-ins, and adjustments, but it does not replace proper coaching, supervision, or safety protocols.

Is it only for advanced freedivers?

No. The system can support beginners, advanced divers, instructors, and competitive freedivers. The plan should adapt based on your current level and goal.

Does it include gym and mobility?

Yes. The planner can include strength work, mobility drills, EQ homework, recovery days, and depth-specific training structure.

Does it sync with dive watches?

Not yet. The current open beta focuses on goal setting, weekly planning, manual logs, check-ins, and AI adjustments. Dive watch sync can be added later.

Is it available on iOS and Android?

The open beta waitlist is live now. iOS and Android app versions are planned once the core training flow is tested with real freedivers.
